From its inception in 2000 to becoming a globally recognized defence exhibition
IDEAS (International Defence Exhibition and Seminar) was established in 2000 with the vision of creating a world-class platform for the defence industry in South Asia. What started as a regional exhibition has grown into an internationally recognized event that attracts participants from over 60 countries.
Each edition has witnessed remarkable growth in international participation, expansion across multiple defence domains, and increasing significance as a strategic dialogue platform. IDEAS has become instrumental in showcasing Pakistan's defence manufacturing capabilities and fostering partnerships that strengthen both regional security and technological advancement.
